Everything you need to know about Innovaweb.
No, never. Your courses, transcriptions and notes are never used by any AI provider to train their models. Data is only transmitted for immediate processing of your request and is not retained by providers.
Your database is hosted on Supabase servers located in Paris, France (EU). We are fully GDPR compliant. Error monitoring (Sentry) is also hosted in Europe (Frankfurt).
Yes. All communications are protected by HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Session tokens are secured with HTTP-only cookies.
Yes. You can delete your account from your settings. All your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Only billing data is retained for 10 years (legal requirement).
No. All features are accessible with the free plan: transcription, AI analysis, flashcards, study sheets, quizzes, AI tutor, OCR and community. Only the number of monthly Tokens differs between plans.
Yes, at any time. You can cancel your subscription from your settings. Your Premium or Pro plan remains active until the end of the already paid period, then you automatically switch back to the free plan.
