Terms of Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Innovaweb, publisher of the Smartnote service, and any user subscribing to a paid plan.
These Terms apply to any subscription made on smartnote.fr and its subdomains.
2. Subscription Offers

Smartnote offers several subscription plans. See our pricing page for current offer details.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros (β¬) including VAT. Promotional prices are valid for a limited time and may be changed without notice for new subscriptions.
3. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments are secured via Stripe. We accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- SEPA direct debit (subject to availability)
- Other methods offered by Stripe
All payments are encrypted and secured. Innovaweb does not store any banking information.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary date of subscription. Invoices are available in your client area and sent by email.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
This period runs from the date of subscription.
To exercise this right, send an email to contact@innovaweb.fr with your withdrawal request.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method used during subscription.
5. Duration and Renewal
Subscription Duration
Subscriptions are taken out for a period of one month, automatically renewable.
Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled, the subscription is automatically renewed at each monthly due date.
Payment is made at the beginning of each new billing period.
6. Cancellation
By User
You can cancel your subscription at any time via:
- Your account settings on Smartnote
- The Stripe customer portal
- An email to contact@innovaweb.fr
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No pro-rata refund will be made for the remaining period.
By Innovaweb
Innovaweb reserves the right to cancel the subscription in case of:
- Violation of the Terms of Use
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Non-payment or repeated payment failure
7. Refunds
Refunds are granted in the following cases:
- Exercise of the right of withdrawal within 14 days
- Proven billing error
- Major service unavailability (more than 72 consecutive hours)

8. Offer Modifications
Innovaweb reserves the right to modify subscription prices and terms. Changes take effect at the next renewal. You will be notified by email at least 30 days before any change.
9. Guarantees and Liability
Warranty Limitation
The service is provided "as is". Innovaweb does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access to the service
- Compatibility with all devices and browsers
- Accuracy of transcriptions and AI analyses
Limitation of Liability
Innovaweb's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the current subscription. Innovaweb cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
10. Complaints and Mediation
For any complaint, contact us at contact@innovaweb.fr. We commit to responding within 48 hours.
In case of unresolved dispute, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge:

11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
